Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather and document clear, complete, and testable business and system requirements.
- Conduct impact analysis across systems and identify dependencies and integration points.
- Work closely with vendor partners to ensure their deliverables meet enterprise standards and functional expectations.
- Support initiatives such as production issue analysis, root cause tracking, and follow-ups for long-term resolution planning.
- Lead and contribute to backlog grooming, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and prioritization.
- Drive clarity on business processes, data flows, and end-to-end functional scenarios
- Participate in UAT, triage sessions, and production verification activities when needed.
- Able to improve efficiency and ensure solutions meet the business needs. Strong leadership and technical expertise.
Requirements Elicitation and Management
- Work comfortably with JIRA
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Able to draw and conceptualize wireframes
Stakeholder Management
- Engaging both business and technical stakeholders
- Conduct meetings effectively with clear outcomes
- Manage deliverable expectations
Data analysis and visualization
- Interpreting data with tools like Excel and Power BI
- Prepare clear and precise data mapping documents
- Strong sql knowledge
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Problem solving and critical thinking
EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree
- Good Knowledge of SQL
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. Core Business Skills
- Experience working in Azure technology stack and data architecture
- Experience driving digital transformation, has knowledge of Data & cloud architecture, understands ETL and data pipelines.
Nice to Have:
- Regulatory knowledge (banking)
- Certifications : CBAP , PMP
