- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- CA Professional Engineer License (PE) or PEng
- A minimum of 12 years of rail track, signal, or grade crossing design and construction experience, plus a minimum of 5 years project management experience, to handle project elements such as planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
- Familiarity with rail track, rail signal, or rail grade crossing design and construction
- Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and handling multiple railroad projects within the area of responsibility
- Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment, collaborate with regional and local managers, and manage marketing and production efforts.
