As a Program Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing various programs within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in coordinating and tracking program activities. You will report directly to our Program Manager, and you'll work out of our Bangkok location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our programs, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Program Manager in budget management, revenue and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and support program/ project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program/ project plans and strategies.
  • Track program progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of program deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success.
  • Assist in the preparation of program reports and presentations.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • High vocational certificate in electrical or mechanical.
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Engineer or a related role, specialist in design, commissioning, installation and configuration for fire alarm system, building management system, CCTV, Access control and etc.,
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
