Develop and Deploy a Vehicle Personalization / Accessory Take-To-Market strategy for Thailand – focus on Product, Pricing, Place, Promotion and People including the dealership and customer communication
Define unique selling points in product positioning to promote product and primary brand positioning
Develop accessories sales programs to drive accessory sales and increase accessories revenue per NVS
Deliver Ford Thailand Accessory Revenue and Profit objective.
Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales and FCSD teams to establish the personalization needs of customers and ensure the same is delivered dealer channel GFA (Genuine Ford Accessories), FLA (Ford License Accessories) and SBA (Supplier Branded Accessories) routes
Develop and implement Strategy and Variable Marketing Plan through engagement with internal and external stakeholder.
Regularly track performance, report out in management and dealer meeting. Work with Finance to prepare budget, forecast and business plan.
Identify opportunities and build business cases to introduce new accessories and special vehicle packs by working closely with other departments such as Vehicle Retail & Product Marketing teams.
Lead new model accessory readiness and take to market plan to meet program timing including marketing assets and promotional programs
Seeks to understand industry, consumer and category trends and translates those insights into actionable business recommendations to achieve the VP business goals and objectives.
Visit to high impact dealerships for research & study of promotional campaigns/program or new initiative discussion
Seek Ecommerce opportunity for B2B and B2C business
