Identify and optimize existing methods and practices using Six Sigma techniques.

Drive consistency and continuous improvement across development and operations teams.

Ability to translate & relate Lean concepts / tools to team members and get adoption.

Provide training, coaching, and expert consultation in Six Sigma and Lean practices.

Six Sigma Black Belt certified with a focus on change acceleration process (CAP) & Lean

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar discipline

2+ years’ experience in the software development with proven knowledge of secure software development lifecycle and practices

Experience working with remote teams globally and the ability to travel worldwide ca. 25%

Excellent communication and leadership skills, displaying strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts

Scrum Master experience preferred.

Experience with SAFe Agile style development

Certifications in security such as CSSLP or CISSP
