Responsibilities

Identify and optimize existing methods and practices using Six Sigma techniques.

Provide training, coaching, and expert consultation in Six Sigma and Lean practices.

Basic Qualifications

Six Sigma Black Belt certified with a focus on change acceleration process (CAP) & Lean

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar discipline

2+ years experience in the software development.

Strong knowledge of secure software development lifecycle and practices

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts

Additional Qualifications

Scrum Master experience preferred.

Experience with SAFe Agile style development

Certifications in security such as CSSLP or CISSP
