Job Summary:

As the Senior Product Associate on the Advisor Service Platforms & Tools team, you will be responsible for Supporting customers with the Chase.com digital Self-service experience, workflow toolset and automates processes to improve operational efficiencies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop ideas and solutions to improve our customer’s experience
  • Work with management and stakeholders to define objectives and key results that align product roadmap to strategic goals
  • Increase an understanding of Agile practices, new technologies opportunities and other industry trends
  • Solve product related problems, make decisions and complete trade-off analysis
  • Work cross-functionally with advisors, product owners, legal, risk/controls, operations, and technology
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
  • Develop appropriately detailed user stories for the product features so they are clearly understood by the scrum team(s)
  • Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon software
  • Promote more effective use of existing tools/processes (and eliminates those that are ineffectual)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience in brokerage operations, product ownership, consulting or process improvement required
  • Knowledge of brokerage industry, including advisors, client service, product, technology, operations and controls
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and process
  • Demonstrated ability to be an integral team member on large-scale, complex projects
  • Exceptional organizational/facilitation skills with ability to bring teams to consensus
  • Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
