Maintenance Engineerwill be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities in responsible area. In the maintenance will be responsible for effectiveness verification for PM routines, breakdown root cause analysis and spare parts list creation. Maintenance Engineer will be also responsible for training technicians with new machine technologies and machine installation.

- Perform root cause analysis: Analyzing major failures and recommending actions to prevent recurrence.
- Performing preventive maintenance: Implementing measures to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of machinery
- Diagnosing and repairing faults : Identifying issues and carrying out necessary repairs to maintain operational efficiency
- Documenting maintenance activities : Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair work for future reference
- Training maintenance staff : Creating of Work Instructions, One Points Lessons to share information and knowledge with maintenance team
- Machine preparation for production : Installation and commissioning of new production machinery in accordance with local and internal rules
To be successful as a Maintenance Engineer, you should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Educational requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in fields like mechanical engineering, industrial engineering
Experience:
- Min. 4 years relevant experience in maintenance engineering or related field
- Experience of working with industrial machinery in manufacturing companies
- Experience in design, assemlby of production machinery in development departments
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive understanding of engineering principles and industrial machinery
- High problem solving abilties
- Knowledge both of health and safety legislation as local law
- Experience in developming and implementing maintenance procedures
- Good skills in understanding and preparing mechanical documentation
- Basic skills in understanding electrical documentation
- Basic skills in project management
- Effective communication skills for coordinating maintenance work
- Curiosity and creativity in solving technical problems
- Good communication skills in English as requirements
- Communication skills in Spanish as a additional benefit
