- Handle resin-based 3D printer operation and post process printed parts
- Characterize the materials using various equipment
- Conduct experiments with predefined conditions and assist in verifying hypothesis
- Maintain, clean, and ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Collect and organize data from measurements and prepare reports
- Perform literature searches
- Maintain a laboratory notebook
- Good communication skills needed
- This position is onsite Monday-Friday
- 0- 2 years of lab experience with high school or similar education
- Experience with 3D printers required
- Technical knowledge of 3D printing/Additive Manufacturing
- Prefer experience with 3D CAD modeling software
- Experience with handling resins and chemicals
- Experience with characterization equipment (such as FTIR, DMA, DSC, )
- Understanding of good laboratory techniques and adhering to required safety protocols
- Good observational skills
- Must be willing to learn new techniques and take directions from others
