• Leverage SQL/Python to extract appropriate data and perform data wrangling

• Analyze data to generate business insights and identify Key performance indicators

• Design new reports, views, dashboards and data products for generating Business Insights

• Partner cross-functionally to design, plan and execute data products/program. Liaison between Business and the IT team

• Create requirements and project plans for analytics program

• Ensure Service data standards are implemented for data products – including (but not limited to) Object level Security, Row Level Security, UI standards and others

• Build a communication plan that ensures awareness of new data products and features launched

• Define KPIs, maintain standard definitions and drive cross functional alignment of key definitions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree and 3 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

• Experience in Business Operations, Financial and/or Information Technology (IT)

• Strong business acumen

• MS Office applications (MS Excel/Access) and VBA & Macro programming

• Demonstrable experience with one of the following programming languages required.

• Proficient in building or prototyping SW models, algorithms and wrangling large data sets.

• Proficient in SQL, and/or Python.

• Good communication and visualization skills; build powerful visualizations to transform data into easily-consumable, relevant insights.

• Knowledge of and curiosity about the latest trends in data industry, including evaluating and testing new tools, techniques, and frameworks
