As a Logistics Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and delivery of goods within our supply chain and distribution network. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation methods, optimizing shipping processes, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations. You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you'll work out of our Groveport, Ohio location. In this role, you will impact the timely delivery of products to our customers, maintain accurate inventory records, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate transportation methods and select cost-effective options

Optimize shipping processes to minimize lead times and reduce costs

Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure proper communication to transportation carrier(s)

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency of logistics processes

• 1+ years of experience in logistics or related roles

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• At least 6 months of SAP Experience
