As a Senior BDM-T, you will be responsible for executing strategic relationships for the vehicle sales team, from start to finish. You will help source and qualify partners, work with our product and tech teams to assess and select partners, negotiate deal terms, execute contracts, and manage ongoing relationships. You should have proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, significant experience negotiating complex contracts with large organizations, strategic thinking skills and strong business intuition, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task . - 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- 2+ years of experience with sales tools such as Digital Retail, Desking, CRM (Salesforce) or similar software
- 2+ years of experience developing and executing GTM strategies
- 2+ years of experience building scalable processes and sales playbooks
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Automotive industry experience is highly preferred
