In this role, you will:
- Supervise staff responsible for inspections of floor plan inventory at various dealerships
- Ensure adherence to establish procedures and guidelines
- Perform independent inspections of floor plans on inventory at dealerships and reconciliation of floor plan statements
- Perform rental reviews, lease research and used vehicle testing
- Make daily tactical decisions to identify audit findings and make recommendations to management
- Resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operations under the direction of collateral examination management
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for physical collateral
- Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of Leadership experience

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge and understanding of inventory finance auditing practices and principles
Job Expectations:
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Must be willing to travel overnight up to 50% of the time, both flight and vehicle travel
- Ability to push/pull 50 pounds and lift 25 pounds
- Ability to work in outdoor environments up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to travel daily with 4 or more hours of driving per day
- Reliable transportation for daily business travel
- Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance A

Pay Range
$73,100.00 - $155,900.00
