Apps AEs drive the adoption and growth of Salesforce’sacross the top strategic customers.
They do this by:
- Developing and executing a multi-year, global account plan aligned to customer business objectives.
- Aligning with C-level stakeholders to uncover and solve business challenges with Salesforce solutions.
- Delivering measurable value through outcomes-based selling and driving incremental consumption and adoption across Salesforce’s portfolio (Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing Cloud).
- Partnering with cross-functional teams, including ELT, Services, Success, and Product teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep industry expertise and understanding customer business needs.
- Building trusted executive relationships and surfacing account insights and strategies to Salesforce leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of driving multi-year strategic growth and high-value pipeline.
- Experience in multi-cloud selling and leading cross-functional teams to drive large-scale customer success.
- Strong ability to engage C-level executives and align solutions to business objectives.
- Deep expertise in industry-specific trends and understanding of Salesforce’s portfolio, including advanced clouds like Tableau, Marketing, and Commerce.
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
- Experience in value-based consumption selling with accurate forecasting and operational excellence.
