Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Electrical engineering fundamentals in digital circuits, timing/power concepts, and logic design
- Basic scripting skills to interface with tools and mine data
- Experience using industry standard synthesis, PnR and STA tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong fundamentals in high-performance & low-power physical design techniques
- Proficiency in programming and scripting (Example : Python, TCL, Perl)
- Understanding of challenges related to latest deep sub-micron technology and ability to write algorithms and code to extract Power Performance & Area during physical design.
- Ability to work independently and/or lead physical design methodology and optimization techniques across partitions in collaboration with x-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
