We are looking to hire a Senior Associate of Strategy & Operations, Global Selling. This person will report into the Principal, Strategy & Operations, Global Selling

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support business operations for the Global Business Selling team, crafting executive-level (VP through C-Suite) business review content in partnership with operational and analytics partner teams

  • Supporting the annual planning process:
    drive uniformity in standards, tools and templates used by cross-functional teams. Be a key partner to the Global Business Selling executive team throughout the planning process

  • Forming and driving seller strategy:
    Lead ad hoc initiatives that are critical to meeting business plans for the year and require cross-functional execution

  • Delivering key insights:

  • An outstanding communicator beyond your years of experience (verbal and written)

  • Structured thinker that can break down ambiguous problems into tangible solutions

  • Ability to think end-to-end across each aspect customer experience and a variety of business functions

  • High level of comfort with analytical approaches and quantitative methods

  • Can be autonomous and self-reliant, while also engaging and collaborating with cross-functional partners

  • A PowerPoint specialist who loves coming up with the most effective ways to visualize data and storyteller

  • Ambition to grow professionally and willingness to work hard, learn/adapt, and provide feedback both upward and to peer teams

  • Passion for marketplace, e-commerce, and technology businesses

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of related experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategic planning & business operations role at a major corporation

  • Proven experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or consumer tech

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required, MBA or similar graduate degree a plus

  • Bonus points if you have a personal passion for selling on marketplace platforms
