Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Deeply understand parent and kid money needs and habits – with particular attention to life moments that drive the need for Chase’s solutions
Develop a business strategy to fuel the next generation of Chase customers by empowering kids, and their parents, to learn money basics and adopt behaviors to start their financial journey
Identify opportunities and conduct research (design, customer, market, competitor) to understand and address customer needs and develop key insights to inform strategy
Partner with marketing on acquisition initiatives to grow our youth customer base and on the implementation of engagement strategies to drive increased usage
Develop field execution, seasonal graduation campaigns, and training & communications plans to empower branch-based bankers (in partnership with One Chase and Field partners)
Lead customer-first and influence across functions, including Product Development, Marketing, Field/National Sales, Ops/Customer Support, Risk, Compliance
Partner with Analytics and Finance on measurement and executive reporting on progress toward our OKRs and priorities
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities;
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area of business / marketing / product ownership, strategy or consulting
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Experience, financial services experience with a focus on digital and/or retail banking AND/OR educational or childhood development product experience
Strong business acumen and an analytical mind that can operationalize the strategy effectively
End-to-end problem solving (defining problems, structuring and building quantitative / qualitative analysis, etc.)
Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional levels of success
Strong collaboration skills in a highly matrixed organization environment
Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree or equivalent work experiences
