Job SummaryWhat a typical day looks like:
- Customer service, act as the key liaison to customers handling customer order and demand fulfillment (from predict demand to order payment)
- Oversee end-to-end order management processes, including order entry, validation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination
- Ensure accuracy of order details (quantity, pricing, specifications) and compliance with contractual terms
- Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies (e.g., delays, shortages), and ensure on-time delivery to clients
- Customer escalation channel, handle shortages escalations, customer communications and supply allocation base on different customers’ demands
- Manage delivery precisions (OTD, Delivery LT) for global supply sites to sustain good customer delivery experiences
- Manage and coordinate shipment instructions to forwarders/ forwarder in-house staff.
- Customer sample management
- Report FPM Revenue projection for global supply sites
- Support customer RMA handling
- Inside sales coordination
- Overall responsibility to the processes within the Order & Delivery.
- Lead and coordinate work in the function according to department requirements and guidelines.
- Continuously improve and develop processes within the function.
- Manage, coach and motivate teams to achieve business goals
- Other tasks assigned by Director of Sales Operation and Planning.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- University degree or equivalent from technical or business area
- Good knowledge and 5-8 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Program Management, preferably in the electronics industry
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous
- Fluent in English both in written and verbal
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of process and procedure
- Knowledge of international trade is preferred
