Responsibilities include developing and optimizing engagement and retention strategies for Apple Services marketing programs. Through A/B testing as well as offering ideation and development of strategic recommendations based on data driven insights and strategies to engage with customers.- Build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization.- Develop a process of continuous improvement, where the results of this work are analyzed and insights are fed back into the plans.- Submit and maintain requirements briefs to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
