Utilize various analytical tools to perform non-destructive inspection of incoming components

Perform sample preparation such as component isolation, cross sectioning, delayering, etc.

Perform basic bench verification and electrical debug using standard bench equipment (Power supply, curve tracer, multimeter)

Document and clearly communicate findings via verbal and written reports

Working knowledge of semiconductor components and electrical systems

Hands on experience with semiconductor/IC sample preparation

Experience using basic electrical bench equipment such as power supplies, curve tracers, multitracers, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail

Proficiency in fundamental computer skills

SEM and/or FIB experience a strong plus

Degree in Material Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent experience

Experience in semiconductor/IC analysis a strong plus
