Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
7+ years Human Resource Business Advisors or Business Partner experience, management experience considered
Proven track leading large-scale projects and long-term initiatives that have resulted in favorable business results
Strong partnership, organizational navigation, consulting, influencing and negotiation skills
Highly analytical and proven ability to work with large complex data set; can evidence ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends and develop solutions and/or recommendations to address root cause
Excellent judgment and demonstrated ability to make sound decisions
Strong communicator skilled at producing executive level presentations and analysis as well as presenting to senior leaders
