What You Will Do
- Partner with Taiwan leadership, regional Sales Operations (Sales Ops Lead from other markets, Sales Compensation, Processes & Systems, Data Analytics, Sales Enablement, Compliance), and Taiwan cross-functional members (Strategic & Planning, Operations, Strategic Finance, etc.) to establish a top-tier sales organization.
- Lead the Taiwan Sales Operations team. Coach team members to deliver business impact, and to develop the career in a dynamic working environment.
- Own the processes of sales target setting and recommend sales quota, in alignment with the organization strategies.
- Establish clear frameworks and structured processes to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales incentive plan and recommend adjustments where necessary.
- Project manage the deployment of new tools, enhancement of current processes, and increase of adoption rates of existing systems, in order to grow sales productivity and ROI.
- Build Taiwan sales performance reporting and drive business reviews to facilitate data consistency and accuracy.
- Develop reporting and run analytics over the sales pipeline to provide sales status, forecasts and meaningful insights to the sales teams.
- Implement the deal review framework and ensure pricing compliance, to guardrail profits while growing business.
- Govern sales end-to-end processes from engagement to sales credit recognition meet compliance requirements.
What You Will Need
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning, Consulting, or Business Intelligence/Analytics.
- Deep understanding of day-to-day sales processes
- Understanding of CRM fundamentals, experience with Salesforce.com preferable
- Proven team management experience
- Business-level English fluency, Mandarin is a plus
- Strong modeling and sales forecasting skills
- Experience with sales org and quota design highly preferable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly with senior leadership
- Experience working in a start-up or tech environment preferred. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to switch from high-level program strategy to rolling up your sleeves to implementation.
