You have proven expertise in planning, executing, and delivering complex, global, cross-organizational programs, whether they involve developing new products from scratch or implementing large-scale internal business improvements. You excel at breaking down complex requirements into manageable programs, interfacing with multiple cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions successfully and on time. You are known for having the right tools to secure stakeholder buy-in and align everyone on a program. You understand how and when to switch between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution to benefit the program.

Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
Can navigate through high degrees of ambiguity and translate strategic opportunities into tangible next steps.
Is a strategic thinker who can proactively look around the corner to identify areas of opportunities within the team and organization using data and observations.
Comfortable with both analytical and creative problem-solving approaches.
Exhibits humility and is astonishingly objective and nonpolitical when it comes to working with people.
Has a track record of influencing and activating diverse creative and technical cross-functional teams towards common goals, communicating effectively across cultures.
Manages resources efficiently to optimize program and project outcomes, and provides honest, direct feedback.
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000-$370,000.
