• Oversee all system upgrades, enhancement and issues for our HR Talent application portfolio. Manages the design, implementation, delivery and support of all related changes to this portfolio, or in support of other business or technical areas that have a dependency on any of these Talent solutions.
• Manage a team of BSAs, developers and quality engineers providing oversight, guidance and performance management to drive individual and team success
• Serves as subject matter expert for all applications supporting our HR Talent business functions
• Ensure data security, compliance, integrity, testing of system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
• Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery
• Strong understanding of SaaS solution, modern technology and vendor management
• Extensive experience working with other teams for integrations and solutions
• Experience with implementing large-scale technology projects, prior HR system experience preferred
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practicesJob Description
  • Manages development projects, development teams and application support functions.
  • Oversees multiple application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs.
  • Monitors and maintains adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.
  • Maximizes staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
  • Analyzes applications to ensure that all systems that are developed, meet business needs and specifications.

At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
