As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing the shipping and receiving operations within our Aero business unit. You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory control, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our supply chain. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ensuring that materials and products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with carriers and suppliers, and resolving any shipping or receiving issues that may arise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents
• Inspect and document the condition of received goods
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to shipping requirements
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues
• Ensure compliance with all shipping and receiving regulations and procedures

YOU MUST HAVE • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in using shipping software and inventory management systems
