You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Manager and you will work out of our Socorro, TX location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain by ensuring accurate and timely shipping and receiving operations. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate logistics will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our business. • Manage and oversee shipping and receiving operations.
• Coordinate transportation methods and select cost-effective options.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments and receipts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations. • 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving operations or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Forklift certification.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
