Follow all established safety practices, including stocking shelves, and performing daily job responsibilities, logistics and transportation of dangerous goods and ability to lift to 35 lbs. unassisted. Must have safety shoes.
Maintain a clean working environment, floor clean, aisles clear, presentable workstation. Keep area in a neat and orderly manner within a 5 S environment.

Tasks will include, but not limited to:

• Induct / Receive OEM / R&O / PRO materials from supplier
• Create shipping documentation to prepare for outbound delivery, based on information system generated
• Generate appropriate Customs / export documentation and / or Dangerous Goods Documentations for outbound shipments
• Contact appropriate carriers to dispatch shipments
• Coordinate with various carriers for outbound shipments / deliveries and perform follow-ups
• Escalate internal order / system issues as required
• Follow-up with appropriate groups on escalated issues
• Filing of documents
• Expediting back orders
• Maintain the warehouse
• Follow general receiving practices of inbound courier and carrier deliveries

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 3 years' International Shipping and Receiving and Customs experience
• Safety shoes

• College diploma or certification in logistics and / or APICS program
• English communication skills both written and verbal
• Problem resolution skills
• SAP experience
• MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong self-starter
• Flexibility with working hours, overtime as required. Occasional Saturday overtime. On-Call support, business needs dependent.
