Assess and evaluate current processes, organizational and HR operational efficiency and technology enablement and make recommendations for improvements.
Lead and manage all aspects of HR Transformation projects, including project management, HR strategy design, solution design, implementation, testing and cut-over.
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement comprehensive HR Transformation strategies.
Establish a strong client relationship being their trusted advisor and work confidently with both the client and any external stakeholders.
Play a key role in developing and growing our Nordic HR M&A and Transformation practice, including thought leadership, marketing, and business development.
Skills and attributes for success:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Technology or related field
Between 4-8 years of experience driving HR operations and technology Transformation projects in a consulting or corporate environment.
Robust HR technology and process understanding and insights into dependencies between HR process delivery and HR data & system
Documented experience working with organization structure, HR processes & technology and understanding of cross-country transformational programs and their interdependencies to other business areas.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
