In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, prioritize key objectives, and provide actionable insights to the Partnerships and Business Development leadership team. You’ll create scalable, growth-driven solutions and programs while fostering seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.

A Typical day

• Strategic Leadership : Define the operating system strategy for a large, distributed organization, ensuring alignment with Airbnb-wide initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with crossfunctional teams to remove barriers, integrate insights, and implement scalable solutions.
• Program Operations : Develop and execute key programs, workstreams, and strategic initiatives, ensuring prioritization and alignment with business objectives.
• Executive Support & Representation : Prepare executive-ready materials for key meetings, reports and trackers, represent the team in internal and external forums, and act as a proxy for senior leadership when needed.
• Integrated Insights : Synthesize data, trends, field feedback, and analysis into actionable recommendations to optimize growth and enhance Stays Supply performance.
• Growth Enablement : Identify and incorporate high-impact initiatives into team roadmaps, ensuring effective collaboration across other functions.

Your Expertise

• 12+ years experience in consulting position, or project management in the hospitality or online Travel Agency (OTA) industry is preferred
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales operations and enablement teams
• Ability to take initiative and deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
• Strong appetite for working with the Airbnb community
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills
• Pays attention to both details and macro-level outcomes
• Seasoned internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing startup environment
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
