Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and market understanding.
Design and implement training modules and workshops, including those specific to international sales strategies and best practices.
Utilize your expertise in international sales training programs (including English-language content) to develop and execute training initiatives that support global sales efforts.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously refine training materials and approaches.
Stay updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and training technologies to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge and relevant training solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of success in driving sales performance and achieving targets.
Significant experience within the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific sales dynamics and regulatory considerations.
Familiarity with international sales training programs and the ability to effectively deliver training content in English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
