Your impact
This framework governs the handling of client documentation, engineering workflows, supplier/subcontractor document control, reporting requirements, and interdepartmental interfaces from project initiation through the construction and closeout phases. It also details the setup, training, and support for field/construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement areas and streamline tools for efficiency and consistency.
- Conduct personnel reviews, assessments, and salary administration.
- Ensure timely project staffing based on requirements and discussions with project managers.
- Provide comprehensive training for all department personnel and specific training for the Document Management Department.
- Support other offices regarding document management practices, procedures, and implementations.
- Has experience of using and managing document Management tools.
- Reports to senior management.
Here's what you'll need
- 7 years minimum experience in engineering supplier/subcontractor and field/construction document management.
- Comprehensive knowledge in all phases of document control and control and data management
