Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years as a practicing attorney in trademark law with extensive US and international experience in clearance, prosecution, and dispute work.
  • Significant experience prosecuting trademark applications at the USPTO, with insight and knowledge of USPTO trademark procedures.
  • Experience managing foreign counsel on international clearance, prosecution and disputes.
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

  • Self-starter who can learn quickly and has ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently managing a busy day to day portfolio and collaborate with a large team.
  • Detail oriented and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver practical business advice.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to exercise sound commercial and legal judgment.
  • Creative problem-solver with ability to resolve complex issues in creative and efficient ways.
  • Experience in technology and consumer electronics industries a plus.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $193,000 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
