- Align engineering, design, marketing, and CS to deliver high-quality releases at scale.
- Partner with GTM to ensure successful adoption, from launch strategy to creator education.
Customer & Market Insight
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify unmet needs of web creators.
- Translate insights into innovative product experiences.
Metrics & Growth
- Own product KPIs (adoption, retention, ARR contribution) and iterate based on measurable outcomes.
- Champion experimentation and data-driven decision making.
