Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute channel partner strategies to drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and grow and expand the channel partner network
·Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and integrators
·Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to effectively sell our gas products
·Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the gas industry and partner with internal teams, such as marketing and product management, to develop and implement effective sales and marketing programs
·Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
Key Skills and Qualifications:
·Strong background in channel management or sales in the gas industry
·Established record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
·Strong knowledge of the gas industry, associated products and its market dynamics
·Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners as well as have a Business Development Mindset
·Experience working with distributors, resellers, and integrators in the gas industry, as well as familiarity with Honeywell gas products and solutions
·Technically competent with good understanding of metering technologies
