Job Description
This position will report directly to the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development for CPTS.
As the Competitive Intelligence Analyst, you'll develop, interpret, and implement complex financial concepts, analysis and reporting projects for financial planning and strategic analysis. You will gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for strategic decisions, acquisition activity, future requirements and operating forecasts.
In addition, you will provide technical direction and guidance to a project team in resolving analytical questions and work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The work is performed independently, but across the strategy team. You will exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities/provide work direction of staff.

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically six or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
- Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools
- Master's degree preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
