Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Senior Digital Product Manager (multiple openings) in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Senior Digital Product Manager will oversee the strategic management of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS Platform. This position will focus on developing roadmaps, functionality goals, and platform governance and project plans. The Senior Digital Product Manager will also manage the day-to-day activities of a cross-functional Agile team, work with release management and communicate updates to stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include: evaluating market trends and new capabilities to ensure that the CMS platform remains competitive; recommending platform enhancements to meet strategic objectives; ensuring the Platform meets state and Federal regulatory requirements; abiding by Privacy and Compliance guidelines; collaborating closely with Marketing partners, Experience Design teams, Technology Partners, Content Strategists and Cross-functional Business Line owners to understand future needs and requirements as well as socialize progress; maintaining and refining product backlog; creating user stories and acceptance criteria and assisting the prioritization all stories to ensure work efficiencies; providing strategic direction and leadership to pursue objectives of The Do-It-Together Platform; actively ensuring compliance with all US Bancorp policies and procedures such as Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, etc.; developing and socializing an experience vision for Do-It-Together capabilities across impacted Business Lines; leveraging data and business understanding to ensure new and existing Do-It-Together capabilities meet customer need and deliver business value; continuously scans the landscape for competitive intelligence, potential partnerships, and evolving technology to evolve the U.S. Bank Do-It-Together experience; partnering with capability managers, delivery managers, architects, UX Design, scrum masters, business lines and other product managers to evangelize the best solutions and facilitate execution across various stakeholders; hands-on leader who excels at data analysis and customer research to drive discovery and ensure the right problems are identified along with the most fitting solution; working collaboratively across BLs / Functions to define, sequence, and execute the Do-It-Together roadmap; take experiences from initial concept through user research, co-creation, and rapid prototyping; and developing a pipeline of new experience opportunities. Multiple openings. Position may allow working from home within commuting distance of worksite location.

Basic Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering plus 5 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Architect, Project Manager, Technical or Technology Leader, Analyst, Software Engineer or related.

Required Skills/Experience:
Must possess 5 years of experience with: creating, integrating, and maintaining sites on AEM; Adobe Target; Adobe Audience Manager; Adobe Campaign; Adobe Analytics; Java; Jenkins; GIT; Jira; Microservices; CI/CD; Redux; Gitlab; REST API; quality assurance; creating test plans and test case scenarios; performing root-cause analysis and design solutions; and implementing business requirements. Position may allow working from home within commuting distance of worksite location.Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $193,398.00- $212,737.80.
