Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead WATCHMAN PURPOSE sales campaign, including content development, communications, analytics and reporting.
  • Drive collaboration and prioritization of sales communications for the division.
  • Develop strategies and follow through on execution to keep WATCHMAN top-of-mind for sales and implanting physicians.
  • Cultivate passion across our Implanter community via campaigns and other direct-to-Implanter tactics.
  • Develop strategies specific to key Implanter segments and partner with the broader team to build and execute marketing plans.
  • Support ongoing social and digital marketing efforts in coordination with broader team, including content planning, content development, and complaints monitoring.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of all activities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Effectively communicate status and outcomes of ongoing work with senior leadership.
  • Build relationships and drive alignment with key cross-functional and cross-divisional partners.
  • Develop a robust understanding of the WATCHMAN portfolio, LAAC procedure, and relevant clinical evidence to present to customers at tradeshows and in-person visits.
  • Engage key customers through in-person visits, focus groups, and other needed services.
  • Support WATCHMAN marketing and other functions with annual planning & budgeting.

Required qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, and/or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading in a team environment, ability to create an atmosphere of enthusiasm, commitment, and trust.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA preferred
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that can be flexible and operate independently with little direction.

  • A collaborator that can build relationships and trust, glean insights from others, and delegate and/or empower others to contribute to business goals.




Maximum Salary: $ 172500

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
