You will:

  • Work closely with key customers driving their Digital Transformation, with a focus on AI, MultiCloud, IT Transformation Strategy, Security and Edge. Bringing the best of Dell’s Solutions together with team members, ensuring continual high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Holds tight Customer & Partner relationships.Review top deals, campaigns and key account plans ensuring we have the right solution strategy to best meet the customer’s needs.Ensure teams are aligned with the right skills to the right customers and campaigns.
  • Coach team members, builds develop plans and supports them in their mission to work closely with our customers.Work closely with services and support teams to manage key and critical customer escalationsand ensures that our team differentiates our solutions and value proposition from those of our competitors.
  • Drive thought leadership (technology and trend related) across our teams, partners and customers. Seen as the technology direction setter within our business in assigned territory and builds a diverse, high performing work force, continually raising the talent bar by attracting top talent and developing team members.
  • Work with sales team to ensure we continue to hit sales forecast targets and drive growth to marketand are accountable for ensuring we land within financial and headcount expense plans and targets.Ensure team is accountable to their roles and responsibilities, has a clear understanding of their objectives and is set up for success.



Essential Requirements

  • Prior Presales Leadership Experience, managing a large team of Presales Engineers (20+) & few People Managersand proven Presales Leadership Experience in Infrastructure Solutions and associated use case solutions, such as AI/ML, Storage, Data Management, MultiCloud, Security and next generation technologies.
  • Presales Leadership Experience should include at least 10+ years of experience in handling Large Customers in India. Ability to develop and translate executive-level business strategy into results and expert ability to apply advanced concepts in the technical engineering field to practical business problems.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical solution concepts, architectures and designs, program strategies, and tactics clearly throughout a global management team.
  • Expert negotiation skills and the ability to establish mutually beneficial program commitments and expectations with customers at the executive level. Expert presentation skills and expert level of solutions and technical knowledge. Excellent understanding of customer/industry climate.
  • Typically, 15-17 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Requires 5 to 10 years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience).

Desirable Requirements

  • Advanced experience in a relationship selling role.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
