Make the Best You. As a Handfinisher, your focus will be Key Responsibilities:
Perform Deburring & Polishing or Hand finishing works before and after Machining in accordance to Manufacturing Operations & Tooling (M.O.T)
Expected to be able to interpret basic Technical Work Manuals & Drawings Instructions
Ensure that Deburring work carried out meets the required Quality as stated in the respective Manuals and Technical Documents such as M.O.T.
May be required to operate any one or a combination of the following Equipment including Sand Blasting, Lapping, Drilling, Tumbling, Cleaning (Vapor Degreaser) etc.
Initiate & implement Continuous Improvement activities (Kaizen) to improve Productivity & Quality

Key Experience & Capabilities:
Minimum 'N'/'O' level or SPM with 2 years experience in polishing, deburring or
handfinishing preferably in the Aviation Industry.
Able to read and communicate in English.
May be required to work overtime.

Key Experience & Capabilities:
Candidate must possess at least minimum ‘N’/’O’ Level or SPM
Committed and may be required to working Permanent Morning Shifts (7am – 4:18pm)
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Polishing, Deburring or Hand finishing
Preferably in Aviation experience in the mechanical trade
General knowledge in the usage of Hand Tools is a must (*Handheld Tools, Engraving Pen, Polishing Equipment etc.)
Understanding of 5S and TPM concepts
Experience with and understanding of Six Sigma and Lean tools will be an added advantage
Must have basic Computer knowledge & skills
Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Diligent, hardworking, and able to work in a fast pace working environment
Ability to communicate information clearly
