Key Responsibilities:

• PerformDeburring & Polishing or Hand finishing works before and after Machining inaccordance to Manufacturing Operations & Tooling (M.O.T)
• Expectedto be able to interpret basic Technical Work Manuals & Drawings Instructions
• Ensurethat Deburring work carried out meets the required Quality as stated in therespective Manuals and Technical Documents such as M.O.T.
• Maybe required to operate any one or a combination of the following Equipmentincluding Sand Blasting, Lapping, Drilling, Tumbling, Cleaning (VaporDegreaser) etc.
• Initiate& implement Continuous Improvement activities (Kaizen) to improveProductivity & Quality

• Operate assigned equipment
• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
• Comply with all safety rules

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Minimum 'N'/'O' level or SPM with 2 years experience in polishing, deburring or
  handfinishing preferably in the Aviation Industry.

• Able to read and communicate in English.
• May be required to work overtime.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Candidate must possess at least minimum ‘N’/’O’ Level or SPM
• Committed and may be required to working Permanent Morning Shifts (7am – 4:18pm)
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Polishing, Deburring or Hand finishing
• Preferably in Aviation experience in the mechanical trade
• General knowledge in the usage of Hand Tools is a must (*Handheld Tools, Engraving Pen, Polishing Equipment etc.)
• Understanding of 5S and TPM concepts
• Experience with and understanding of Six Sigma and Lean tools will be an added advantage
• Must have basic Computer knowledge & skills
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Diligent, hardworking, and able to work in a fast pace working environment
• Ability to communicate information clearly
