This position is ideal for experienced sales professionals looking to grow their leadership impact by joining the iTero Inside Sales team as a
Supervisor, Inside Sales. In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team of 8+ Inside Sales Representatives focused on prospecting, converting leads, and partnering with the field to grow iTero adoption. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive sales strategy, coach talent, and deliver results. This role is key to expanding Align’s presence in the iTero market while building a performance-driven, team-centered culture.

Role expectations
  • Lead and motivate a team of 8+ Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to support team development
  • Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture focused on performance and growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase iTero sales and market penetration
  • Align inside sales efforts with broader sales objectives in partnership with leadership
  • Oversee daily prospecting activity and lead qualification
  • Support the development of sales pitches and strategies to improve conversion
  • Collaborate with field sales and other key stakeholders to maximize impact
  • Monitor customer feedback and use insights to improve the sales experience
  • Set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews with the team
  • Maintain an active pipeline and report on sales performance and trends
  • Partner with an experienced SA during certifications to simulate provider conversations
  • Work from Align’s Raleigh, NC office Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
What we're looking for
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: 4–6 years in sales and/or sales management, preferably in dental or medical device industries
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in inside sales leadership roles; strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and negotiation skills
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to drive results through team development and sales strategy execution
Complementary skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead through influence
  • Passion for coaching and motivating high-performing teams
Pay Transparency
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
