What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive growth and adoption of AI.

• Lead and manage a team of product marketing professionals to effectively promote and position our AI solutions.

• Build and deliver compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment and consistency in product messaging and positioning.

• Identify and pursue new marketing and partnership opportunities to expand our reach and drive product adoption.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and industry trends; effectively communicate our value and vision to diverse audiences.

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on product marketing strategy.

What we need to see:

• BS degree or equivalent experience. MS or MBA preferred.

• 5+ years of strong leadership experience and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence & drive alignment across executives & large organizations.

• 12+ overall years of hands-on experience in product marketing, or similar experience at a technology company.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong mix of technical and business skills—demonstrably comfortable in engaging across marketing, engineering, and product management teams.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.

• Ability balance near-term needs and strategic business vision, pivot when needed, and adapt to changing priorities.

• An entrepreneurial demeanor and a desire to work on new products and technologies.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Strong knowledge of accelerated computing, generative AI technologies and market trends, familiarity with AIOps, MLOps, OSS and the broader AI ecosystem.

• Examples of public-facing work (videos/web/written) – demonstrating your skills as an evangelist for your prior product/solution
