8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative business, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Ad Solutions with video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, Connected TV (CTV)) with the knowledge of participants landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
Experience in executing joint business planning and negotiations.
Knowledge of the Beauty industry and landscape.
Ability to work with ambiguity, curious, and resilient with attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with teams and colleagues and work cross-functionally.
