What you'll do

As an Cloud ERP Adoption and Experience Office Architect, you’ll:

· Act as a thought leader, developing and implementing adoption frameworks across the organization.

· Identify key customer segments and create targeted campaigns (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1) to boost license consumption, product feature usage, and innovation adoption.

· Manage programs using the Missions Framework, tracking ROI and impact.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ASC, Product, Presales, S-CSMs, and EAE’s to ensure seamless execution.

· Build and manage communities to foster knowledge sharing and thought leadership.

· Monitor partner progress and establish feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.

What you bring

· Strong delivery experience with a background in a specific LoB/Industry.

· Keen interest in learning new tools and exploring emerging topics with a growth mindset.

· Proven ability to manage renewals, reduce churn, and drive adoption.

· Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing global initiatives in a matrix environment.

· Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership.

· In-depth knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP solutions, Cloud Technology, and BTP.

· Knowledge of RISE with SAP Methodology and SAP Business Suite is a plus.

· Exceptional communication skills to create impactful campaigns and engage diverse audiences.

Work Experience & Additional Skills

· 16+ years of experience in Services, Product Management, Sales, or Pre-Sales.

· Prior experience in designing and implementing end-to-end On-Premise and Cloud Solutions.

· Ability to work effectively across virtual, global teams.

· Fluency in English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel globally.
