Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365, D365, or Power Platform), infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, customer success, and/or consulting
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) and preparing customers for operational readiness, governance and long-term organizational adoption.
  • Experience in Modern Ops, COE, Cloud Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Operational readiness and Cloud Governance.
  • Technical Certification in one or more Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google cloud, security certifications) and adoption and change management certification (e.g., PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP).

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • o OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) and preparing customers for operational readiness and long-term organizational adoption.
  • 4+ years of consulting experience on cloud transformation projects.
  • 4+ years experience with one or more of the following areas:
    • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean etc.).
    • FinOps and cloud cost management and optimization.
    • Adoption/Organizational change management.
    • AI/Copilot implementation or adoption.
