• Sales Support for Quote creation and approvals in CPQ
• Order Form review and signatory
• Opportunity review for completeness including paper work (Order form, MCA’s, PO’s etc.) ensuring all required paperwork is in and clean to be considered valid order to be booked
• Ensuring compliance with Booking policy and Business Integrity guidelines
• Sales order generation
• License provisioning for self-managed products
• Management of all queries or questions from Sales via Case Queue
• Debook of Deals for various reasons
• Collaboration with Billing and Cloud AR team on end to end transaction processing
• Participation in cross functional programs and projects

• Attention to detail is a critical skill required for this role
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing requests coming via email, slack, case queue etc.
• Ability to advise sales on elements preventing deal booking and providing guidance on what can be done to remediate
• Understanding of Subscription / SAAS Software business
• Ability to advise on treatment of complex booking scenarios
• Experience of SFDC / CPQ or similar CRM essential
• Reporting, Dashboarding and analytical skills very helpful and essential
• Collaboration for overall success of team, versus individual achievement
• Extended hours will be required to cover Month-end, Quarter-End volumes
