Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in sales incentive design, sales compensation, or go-to-market/strategy consulting.
Experience solving problems through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in SaaS or Consumption business environments.
Experience in Consulting.
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and build consensus.
Ability to comfortably present to executive leadership.
Excellent spreadsheet skills.
Interest in analyzing data and the ability to distill trends for storytelling and principled recommendations.
