The Sr. Program Specialist will own planning and execution for various types of virtual and in-person engagements focused on educating HCPs on the safe and effective use of BSC’s Endoscopy products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- As part of the Program Management & Technology team the primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the strategy and execution of multi-disciplinary physician education events in both virtual and in-person formats in collaboration with commercial MDT team
- End-to-end planning and execution of peer-to-peer physician education engagements such as preceptorships, lectures, and proctorships within 2 Divisions
- To successful execute on these primary objectives, the ideal candidate should be able to:
- Define the scope, needs, and deliverables for each type of engagement described above, including but not limited to:
- Creating Promotional Materials
- Creating and managing event registration via Cvent
- Requesting, communicating, and reconciling HCP Payments
- Creating and managing travel requests for HCP travel
- Event budget management and reconciliation
- Effectively communicating with HCP Faculty and attendees for various inputs above
- Managing engagement information in the event tracker in a timely and accurate manner
- Can act as or facilitate project management for cross-functional teams
- Verify that all programs and reporting adhere to the financial arrangements with US Healthcare Provider policies
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device or related regulated field
- Endoscopy clinical acumen
Preferred qualifications:
- Project Management skills highly desired
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Cvent, Salesforce, ENGAGE and CTA Travel applications a plus or complimented by strong willingness and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage multiple small to medium scope projects at one time
- Must be energetic, adaptable, determined, and action-oriented
