The Space GBE is among the leaders in the high-end segment, providing solutions for satellites and spacecraft. In fact, Honeywell has been part of every NASA crewed space mission for almost 60 years and is onboard 950 satellites and counting.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive Short Range Outlook management operating system (MOS) with focus on clear actions to achieve forecast while managing risk
• Analyze monthly results for executive consumption, spanning all revenue segments including OEM, engineering and EAC analysis
• Partner with business to formulate plans to achieve annual operating plan (AOP) and long-term strategic priorities (STRAP)
• Support development and execution of engineering milestones and key technology development
• Partner with Defense & Space (D&S) customer business teams to achieve shared goals and business objectives
• Embrace COO mindset to drive variable contribution margin and productivity, via opportunity identification, analysis, reporting, and execution
• Support strategic initiatives, including Licensing, M&A due diligence and acquisition integration
• Ad hoc financial support for Space GBE VP/GMs

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 7-10 years’ experience in progressive Finance roles
• At least one role as a business/functional partner with financial results (P&L) accountability and FP&A

WE VALUE:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other associated business major; Master's degree or CPA/CMA preferred

• Experience with Financial Management tools (SAP, Essbase, HFM, AMR, Tableau)

• Challenges the status quo and proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement
