Orlando, FL, who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll perform space planning and design functions, crucial to helping our clients create scenarios for optimized space utilization and office space layouts to meet customer requirements; Manages drawing library; Updates As-Built drawings; Interacts with A&E firms, contractors, and occupants to understand space requirements.
Main duties will include space validation for both individual employee seat assignments and program assignments to our spaces, maintaining space data within a CMMS, and providing polyline updates both in CAD format and CMMS.
- Strong experience or background in facilities and building operations
- 5+ years’ experience using CAD for office space planning
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Excel and MS Word
- Communicating and Informing Others, Tracking Budget Expenses, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Customer Service
- Candidates should possess diplomacy, meticulous attention to detail, good numerical, organizational and time management skills. Excellent computing, interpersonal, teamworking and written/verbal communication skills are also important.
- Oversee the logistical planning on coordination of the entire move process, including furniture setup, equipment transport and work station configuration.
- Manage and supervise the on-site move team and provide update and reports to the senior management on project progress.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience in Revit
- Strong knowledge in building codes, health and safety regulations, and ergonomic design principles.

The physical and environmental demands required to perform the essential duties of this position include standing, walking, sitting, coordination, balance and agility demands, which may include the ability to stoop, kneel, squat, grasp, reach, perform repetitive hand movements. Additional demands may involve a specific level of dexterity, grip strength, climbing and cardiorespiratory demands. The work areas may be indoor, outdoor, have loud noise, active machinery, high pressure fluid systems, electrical equipment, confined spaces, heights and depths, fumes, air borne particles, noxious gases, and chemicals. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be mandatory in these areas to prevent hazardous contact.
